I Wilson 7" Boning Trimming Knife Carbon Steel & Rosewood Sheffield Late Production Seki Interestingly the box and knife Blade has been sharpened Interestingly the box and knife lack the word 'England' which suggests this was not intended for export to the USA in the 1930s before J Russell folded or possibly made by Dexter in Southbridge Mass after the Dexter Russell merge up to the 1950s with older dies and or parts Most I Wilson knives found by us here in the USA are hand forged carbon steel with a 3 4 tang and simple pinned beechwood handle This knife is much more like knives from Sheffield we have found made in the mid to late 20th century with its non tapering tang and steel pinned rosewood handle
